Booking & Cancellation Policies

  1. Submit your requirements via the Send Enquiry or Request Callback form.
  2. Our travel specialist will contact you within 2-4 business hours to finalize details and check live availability.
  3. To confirm your booking, pay a token advance of 30% of the total package price.
  4. Your travel booking voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of receipt of the advance payment.
  5. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

policy General Booking Policies

  • A valid Govt. photo ID card (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) is mandatory for permit issuance and hotel check-in for all travelers.
  • Hotel room configurations (Double/Triple sharing) are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
  • Any changes or modifications to the itinerary post-booking may incur additional charges depending on availability and hotel policies.
  • Rates are dynamic and may vary during peak seasons, long weekends, or festival periods.
