1. Booking & Confirmation

To secure a booking for any tour, pilgrimage (like Char Dham), or trekking expedition, a deposit must be made. Your booking is confirmed only when Tripa.in issues a confirmation voucher containing your transaction details and tour itinerary.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Net Banking, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. Final payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified in your customized booking voucher.

3. Flight, Train, and Bus Services

Tripa.in acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and transportation operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage loss, or schedule modifications enforced by third‑party operators.

4. Medical Fitness & High Altitude

Trekking in high‑altitude destinations (such as Satopnath Lake or Valley of Flowers) requires medical fitness. Travelers must declare any pre‑existing health conditions and carry required fitness certificates from authorized practitioners.

5. Force Majeure & Landslides

Due to the unpredictable weather conditions in the Garhwal Himalayas, road closures, landslides, or floods may require route changes. In such cases, extra charges for additional stays, vehicle arrangements, or evacuations must be borne directly by the customer.

6. Jurisdictional Authority

All dispute resolutions and legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India.
